Part time Office Administrator - Guernsey
Our client is a small services provider searching for a dedicated person to take on the role of part-time office administrator for approximately 15 hours per week.
You will be responsible for all administration duties, including invoicing, payments, preparation of bookings and answering the telephone. Client visits will also be part of the role, as you will be preparing and presenting quotes for their services.
You need to be an excellent administrator, and knowledge of QuickBooks is essential. You must be ready to hit the ground running, as you will be the sole employee in the Guernsey office.
A company car and mobile telephone will be provided with the position; therefore, a driving licence is essential.
