This key role requires a professional engineer from a quality construction background, experienced in managing, planning and organising a construction team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare execution project plans and contingency plans for the construction and delivery of projects
Carry out the execution of small to medium projects according to plans
Ensure that workflow is synchronized correctly
Ensure good technical performance at all critical stages of the construction process
Control project finances and keep accurate records according to the company standards
Control the work, attendance and budgets for contractors and other specialists
Requirements:
University degree in civil engineering
A minimum of five years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in Cyprus
Fluency in both Greek and English languages
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express
