ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

Our client is a blue chip property developer headquartered in Dubai that operates extensively throughout the entire GCC and some North African regions. Due to their recent expansion plans, a new opportunity for an Assistant General Manager of Operations has just arisen.
The successful incumbent will be running a large team of operations professionals and will be entrusted with the smooth-running of multiple functional departments across the firm. You will have a successful track record in managing large teams and hold the ability to manage multiple functions of a business, in a simultaneous approach.
If you are the "Number two" at a large and reputable organization, or the "Number One" at a medium-sized firm, and are looking for a new challenge and step up to your career, then this role would suit you. Direct Real Estate/Property Development operations experience is not a must for the role; however you will have an extremely charismatic persona and sufficient confidence to be able to effectively shift/transfer your skill set to meet our client’s requirements. Special preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge and indirect experience in the Real Estate sector, who have headed the operations of a reputable trading house at some point in their careers.
