SENIOR PROJECTS DIRECTOR

A world-leading master developer that is based in the UAE and operates throughout the MENA region requires a suitable individual to handle their projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be completely responsible for multi-billion Dirhams worth of high-rise and mixed-use projects across the region.
Candidates should be technically adept and have a hands-on approach. A successful track record of managing the development and full execution of mixed-use and high-rise projects is essential. Ideally, in addition to having worked for a developer, candidates will have extensive experience of main contracting. In addition, the successful candidate will be competent in dealing with FIDIC-type contracts and will have cost-management experience.
This is a senior role that entails directing a team of project managers and senior project managers, therefore the ability to utilize your man-management, negotiation, and dispute resolution and communication skills will be essential in the assessment and short-listing process.
