Civil Engineering Estimator - Nicosia - Cyprus
Our client a well known construction firm based in Nicosia is seeking a Civil Engineering Estimator for the management of the Estimating & Proposals Department. Main duties will be to provide Civil Engineering expertise and technical advice to other members of staff as well as preparing costings for tenders.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years site experience (ideally gained within the local market)
- Excellent communication skills
- Several years experience of civil engineering & construction
- A solid understanding of contract and specifications commonly used within the construction industry
- Preferably BSc in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in Greek & English
